- In conjunction with a phased program for Midtown
Management District and Midtown TIRZ urban revitalization
program, Clark Condon Associates first designed an
identity program for this revitalized neighborhood.
- Enhancements along the Main Street corridor included
pathways, streetscaping and a new park.
- Midtown Park creates a tranquil pocket within the
hustle and bustle of Midtown Houston, incorporating
a sculptural fountain. Soft sounds of cascading water
echo through this green space.
- Baldwin Park neighborhood streetscape was a much
needed face lift for this historic area dotted with
100-year old live oak trees. Renovations included
picnic areas, jogging trails, lighting and a new
pavilion for family gatherings.
